Each researcher within this network has proven themselves through education, experience and knowledge to give our clients the best results that can be had at very reasonable rates. We believe that learning our personal family's history should be affordable for everyone. Each researcher has the same basic rates and is more than willing to work with each client on an individual basis to meet the client's needs.

Joyce is a researcher with 35 years experience. She has an extensive library and is knowledgeable concerning the Eastern Cherokee people. She has intricate knowledge of the geography of the area. She also specializes in McMinn, Meigs, Polk, Monroe, Roane & Bradley Counties. She has microfilm copies of the Sudie Clemmer Collection and J.D. Clemmer Collection of family histories from Polk County. She specializes in very early colonial and pre-colonial family and Native American research.

Melissa Barker is a researcher with 20 years experience and the resources to work in Dickson, Houston, Humphries, Montgomery, Stewart, Hickman Counties. She has access to large amounts of information on these counties and nearby counties as well. She also has access to the original Tennessee Death Certificates for the years 1908-1954 for all counties and the original Tennessee Birth Certificates for the years 1908-1912 for all counties. These are counties in middle Tennessee.

Full copies of documents can be had upon request when available. Our individual look-ups are normally 25.00 each. This includes research time, mileage, packaging and postage when necessary. Your information will be e-mailed or regular mail depending on YOUR needs. Further research on findings can be discussed.

Tennessee is fortunate in many ways in that so much of this country's early history occurred here. As early as the 1700's settlements were very populated. There was also an interesting and tragic history concerning the Native American populations. The Watauga Settlements, the State of Franklin and the conflicts with the Cherokee play a big part of local history. Most families who have deep roots in this area have Cherokee ascendancy or connections to them.

Rates:
Basic Rate $15.00 per hour - Five (5) hour minimum (individual personnel has option to require retainer fee). (Feel free to compare our rates to other services of this type.)
Lookup fees are $30.00 each which covers mileage, copy fees and postage, if applicable. Cost of multiple lookups per customer is negotiable. If copy fees are extensive your researcher has the option of charging copy fees (over 5 pages).
We submit written reports concerning your research. These can be transmitted via the internet or mailed in hardcopy....or both. Depending on your requirements. We guarantee our service to be the best possible work for you....our livelihood.
